Fang Chen

It is a pleasure to work with Frances.  Our department site has been revamped twice lately, once in year 2011 and then this year and both times she did the theme for us.  Each time we also have hired different companies to do the design for us and then Frances is responsible to work on the theme using the graphic design the designer provides for her.

Frances has collaborated with me and the designer very well and finished her part in time.  She has tremendous experience in Drupal and is also flexible and friendly.  She has done an excellent job for our department site.  I know she has talents in other fields than theming and I really appreciate her help and will not hesitate to recommend her to other people who need someone to work on their website.
