Frances has been working with my company, ReAdventured, for over a year and I have been continually impressed with both her technical skills and excellent client service. She is very adept at developing websites in both Drupal and WordPress (including other CMS), really understands how to maintain websites (such as plugin, addons, and operating updates), and is very proactive in making sure the client understands how to work with their website.

Frances personally took her time to train me on my Woo Commerce site, which can be a little tedious to work with as a non-programmer. She is very responsive when I call to talk about site problems and makes recommendations on how to improve the functionality of my websites.
