The Sunlight Monthly Retainer has four tiers. Seed is $150 per month for foundational care: core updates, security monitoring, backups, and uptime monitoring. Sprout is $750 per month and adds up to five hours of content, design, or functionality updates plus SEO tune-ups and an analytics snapshot.
Growth is $1,500 per month and includes up to ten hours of proactive improvements, monthly strategy and analytics review, UX enhancements, accessibility support, and integration support. Bloom is $3,000 per month and functions as a fractional digital department with up to twenty hours of design, development, and support, priority access, and comprehensive monthly reporting.
Tiers are flexible and can be adjusted month to month based on your organization's needs.
Additional hours beyond your monthly allocation are billed at the standard hourly rate of $180 per hour. Organizations enrolled in an active retainer receive a preferred partner rate of $150 per hour for any work outside the included scope. Unused hours do not roll over unless a carryover request is approved in advance.
Any new features, substantial enhancements, redesigns, migrations, or integrations outside the selected tier require either a separate written agreement or a revised retainer tier. Goldlilys Media will always notify you before performing work that exceeds the included scope so there are no surprises.
You’ll submit requests through a simple, organized system so nothing gets lost and priorities are clear.
You’re billed based on actual usage. If your needs are lighter, your support level adjusts accordingly.

You can update content like text or images yourself. Ongoing support is recommended for updates, security, and system-level changes that require care and coordination.
The retainer requires a minimum three-month commitment. After the initial term, either party may end the agreement with written notice.
Yes. The tier structure is designed to be flexible. If your needs are lighter one month or more intensive another, your support level can adjust accordingly. If no higher tier is selected in a given month, services default to the Seed level.
Every tier includes reporting appropriate to the level of service. Seed includes a brief monthly summary of maintenance and updates completed. Sprout adds an activity summary with high-level SEO, performance, and accessibility snapshots. Growth includes insight-driven reporting with analytics highlights and recommendations. Bloom includes comprehensive reporting with insights, trends, and strategic guidance.
