Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

Goldlilys Media LLC bases refunds on how much of your engagement has been prepared. Rescheduling is always offered first, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

This conversation is complimentary. If you need a different time, please reschedule or cancel with at least one day’s notice.

Executive Website Clarity Assessment ($1,750)

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours of your session, your pre-review is complete. The fee is not refunded, but it can be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days.
Sessions missed without notice are not refundable or eligible for rescheduling.

SEO & AI Search Visibility Audit ($2,000)

Cancellations made within 1 business day of booking, before your independent review begins, receive a full refund.
After that, your review is underway. The fee is not refunded, but your session can be rescheduled within 30 days by emailing at least 48 hours before your session.
Your written report is delivered 48 hours before your session and is yours to keep. Once delivered, the fee covers the completed audit.
Sessions missed without notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

Website Support & Assistance ($195)

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session receive a full refund.
Within 24 hours, your session can be rescheduled once within 30 days.

Single Page Masterpiece ($5,000)

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your Strategy Kickoff receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours, your kickoff can be rescheduled once within 30 days.
After the Strategy Kickoff, $2,500 is non-refundable. If you paid in full, the remaining $2,500 is refunded if you cancel before your draft page is shared for review.
Once your draft page is shared, payments are non-refundable.
For the two-payment option, the second payment of $2,500 is due at launch, before your site is published.
Your signed project agreement governs this engagement.

The Website Masterpiece Journey and Sunlight Monthly Retainer

Cancellation and refund terms for these engagements are set out in your signed project or retainer agreement.

If Goldlilys Media cannot complete an engagement OR
If Goldlilys Media is unable to complete an engagement for reasons within our control, you will receive a refund for any portion of the work not delivered.
